Call For Proposals

Note: the proposal submission has been closed. (Dec. 7, 2011)

Notification of acceptance will be sent out by December 22.

The ER&L Conference Program Planning Committee encourages you to submit a proposal for the Electronic Resources & Libraries 2012 Conference.

Proposal Submission Deadline

Proposals will be evaluated as they are received, and priority may be given to those who submit early. The Proposal Deadline is December 7, 2011 (extended).

Proposal Evaluation

The committee will evaluate each proposal on the basis of subject matter (including, but not limited to, the issues listed in the topic descriptions), clarity, and timeliness. Proposals should be for original work that has not been published. We may request that some presenters combine sessions with complementary subject matter.

Proposal Types

ER&L is looking for individual presentations, panels with differing perspectives, and half day, hands-on workshops. When submitting a proposal, choose one proposal type.

Proposal Tracks

When submitting a proposal, choose the track that best represents your topic.

Compensation

Presenters receive 25% off the cost of registration.
